產品描述

淄柴ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發動機以ZC330系列柴油機為母型機，充分吸收國內外先進技術和設計思想，在保持其良好的動力性、經濟性、可靠性等優點的基礎上，設計開發了中速大功率ZC330ZLC/S系列LNG/柴油本質多點噴射雙燃料發動機。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發動機采用本質型設計，天然氣供氣系統在任何情況下機艙均處于狀態；采用國內準內混式燃氣電控多點噴射技術。發動機可以根據實際工況切換工作狀態，既可以使用LNG雙燃料工作，也可以單獨使用柴油工作。其通過電子控制單元實現燃氣與柴油噴射的比例，使發動機始終運行在狀態下，在不影響功率輸出的條件下節省柴油。部分負荷點燃油替代率可達到85%，滿負荷燃油替代率不低于70%。ZC330ZLC/S系列雙燃料發動機設計先進、結構合理、性能可靠、自動化程度高、維護方便、低油耗、低排放等優點，主要用于LNG運輸船、散貨船用主機或輔機。可滿足機旁操縱、遙控操縱及無人機艙的要求。

淄柴雙燃料控制系統簡介

更經濟：液化天然氣（LNG）供氣系統：主要由燃氣進氣管組件、波紋雙壁軟管組件、噴射閥組件組成，用來給發動機提供所需流量和壓力的氣體燃料。

更先進：燃氣控制系統：采用了代表世界海茵茨曼控制器MVC01-24及雙壁結構的燃氣噴射閥Megasol 250，燃氣控制及相關報警控制都滿足了船規，大大提高了燃氣系統的及發動機自身保障，這在國內的應用均屬首例。控制系統原理圖如下頁表：

更智能：

電子控制調速系統：采用了調速執行器RE2800與控制器的搭配，海茵茨曼電子控制器MVC 01-24輸出0~1A調速信號到RE2800內置電磁線圈，由電磁線圈產生電磁力大小來控制RE2800的輸出供油量大小，進而有效的控制了發動機的柴油供給，對發動機燃氣高替代率的實現提供了技術保障。相比較于傳統機械液壓調速器，RE2800電子液壓調速器的扭力大、可靠性高，集成了海茵茨曼電子控制器的優勢，調速性能及控制精度屬于比較高水平。調速器現大量應用于MAN的2131機型上，技術成熟可靠。

更可靠：

燃氣進氣系統：燃氣噴射閥采用雙壁管結構。燃氣進氣主管及支管采用雙壁管結構，體積小，安全系數高。
